        当今世界,通过战争等手段把本国的文化强加于别国的时代已经很难实现，但各国都在不遗余力地在全球推广本国的传统文化,如何利用国际交流的舞台，把本国民族文化向世界展示和推广，也是当今各国政治家展现本国文化的一个课题。如何通过有效的方式，利用国际交流的平台，推广本国和本民族文化，已经成为当今世界各国领导人和外交官采用的手法。

ABSTRACTS:
In modern time, it’s hard to press culture on other country through war, but each country spares no efforts on spread their own culture to global. How to utilize the international stage to exhibit and extend one’s own culture has become an issue for politician. To set up effective mode to propagate homeland and communicate through culture has become an frequently used method for leaders and diplomats.
