大力建设文化事业，发展文化产业，是"十六大"的重要精神之一，国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划中也提出：要积极发展文化事业和文化产业，牢牢把握先进文化的前进方向，坚持为人民服务、为社会主义服务的方向和百花齐放、百家争鸣的方针，繁荣社会主义文化，不断满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求。全国上下都在以前所未有的热情去开创文化事业的新天地，各种文体设施的建设，演艺市场的进一步繁荣，需要演艺设备行业这个大团体继续贡献更多更新的智慧 |

It is not personal strength that the achievement of any course depends on; it condenses
the energies of a group. The boom and prosperity of China's cultural industry have
been made by efforts and contribution from the entertainment technology industry,
a big group in this field. I express my deep honor to every colleague and China
Entertainment Technology Association for their excellent cohesive and active energies.
They work with other enterprises and organizations and forge the glorious achievement
of the entertainment technology industry. |

It is one of the important spirits of “the 16th Party Congress " to build and
develop the cultural industry. The draft outline of the eleventh five-year plan
for national economic and social development also proposes to strengthen the construction
of socialist culture and firmly control the direction of advanced culture in serving
the people, serving socialism as well as letting a hundred flowers blossom and a
hundred schools of thought contend so as to prosper the socialist culture and meet
people's increasing demand for culture. People all over the country are opening
the new field of the cultural undertakings with unprecedented enthusiasm. The construction
of culture equipment and the further prosperity of performance market need more
wisdom devoted by the entertainment technology industry.
